Using CodeCogs editor to process Latex formula markup

Introduction

This plugin block sends the Latex-style markup to the CodeCogs online equation editor. For example,

RakuDoc v2

The RakuDoc v2 specification has a builtin block =formula and the recommended formula markup is Latex. This plugin overrides the formula template, effectively aliasing it to LatexFormula. So the following will work too:

    =for formula :caption<Fabulous identity>
    e^{i\pi}+1=0
