HTTP and HTTPS location implementation for Qwiratry.


This module registers itself for both C<http://> and C<https://> URI schemes.
Source locations issue C<GET> requests and return the response body as text.
Destination locations issue C<POST> requests and return the original content
after the side effect, matching Qwiratry's file destination behavior.


HTTP redirects are delegated to L<HTTP::Tiny>. Non-success responses, including
4xx and 5xx statuses, are reported as C<X::Qwiratry::IO::LocationError>.
