Palladius System Conformance Report

This report verifies the conformance of the Palladius.rakumod implementation against the Russian Palladius romanization comparison table.

Summary

The code implementation in lib/Palladius.rakumod has been verified against the comparison table. The implementation correctly maps between Pinyin, Wade-Giles, Bopomofo, and the Russian Palladius system for all syllables listed in the table.

Notes

1. The table note about luo/lo both mapping to ло is correctly implemented (line 215 in pinyin, line 373 in bopomofo)

2. The code includes both modern standard forms and historical variants

3. All special phonetic distinctions required by the Palladius system are preserved
